We have achieved a lot since we decided to refresh the uBuntu Civics Academy just about a year ago:

• We applied for QCTO/SETA accreditation as a provider of quality uBuntu education and are now awaiting site visit as the final part of the process.
• We reviewed our ‘What is uBuntu’ (our free course that is available on our YouTube channel) and ‘SEEDS of uBuntu’ courses, and wrote and produced a new course for the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.
• Our uBuntuWise course for the Nature and Environment sector will be ready in just a few days from now, and we are also working on two additional courses.
• Beginning of March, we launched our brand-new website complete with our uBuntu products shop,
• And now, today, we are making live our own uBuntu Civics Academy School… home of our uBuntu Keepers Accreditation courses.

With this, we have built a solid foundation from which the uBuntu Civics Academy could bring the wonder of uBuntu to the world and continue to grow.  This is a long-time dream coming true and it feels great!

We would again like to thank DJ du Preez – CEO of Into Africa Safari and a true uBuntu Ambassador whose inspiration and support has played a most valuable role in the revitalization of the uBuntu Civics Academy.

And we would like to thank Liezel Glaubitz and VA Wonder Virtual Assistant from the bottom of our heart for their amazing help in cleaning up our brand and our products, their business advice, and the creation of our beautiful website and our school platform.  They performed the most incredible magic for us in just a short space of time.  We would not be here without their efforts.  DO check them out!

As we launch our school, we would like to gift two people free uBuntu Keepers certification through our foundational SEEDS of uBuntu Course (valued at R1500 each).  We will make the details of this invitation available separately.

During the twenty years of walking this uBuntu road we met and worked with many incredible people that have all played a beautiful role in the establishment and the development of the uBuntu Civics Academy.  We reflect on their gifts with much gratitude today.

Our dream going forward is to achieve our purpose and mission and to do uBuntu justice!
