This Consciousness is uniquely lived and expressed in Africa that is considered by many as the Cradle of Humankind. It has its roots in Ancient African Spirituality that suffered great setback through a number of reasons, including colonisation, industrialisation, urbanisation, globalisation, and the technological revolution…. alienating the people from their Spirituality and drastically impacting personal, family, and community life.
The uBuntu Civics Academy School was established at a time when the world seemed to be going through unprecedented challenges and change. When the question of what it really meant to be human seemed to become very urgent. Included in the change was the emergence of the age-old Oneness/Unity Consciousness that is marked by relationship, connection, community, interdependence, and reverence for Mother Nature across the globe.
There is an ever-growing and resounding call for uBuntu in the world that the uBuntu Civics Academy has answered. We are bringing this Ancient Gift of our Humanness and our Oneness to the world and spreading the SEEDS of the Truth of Who We Really into the heart of everyone.
